A couple of things that speed the whole thing up:

• For a quote, have a rough idea of the rooms you want done. Photos of the space help, but I'll work it out on site anyway.
• For a breakdown, tell me what the unit is doing. Blowing warm, dripping, flashing a light, dead quiet. It usually tells me what I'm walking into.
• For a service, let me know roughly when it was last looked at, if you can remember. If you can't, that's fine too.
